Brackets cost ₹200/-, tape ₹100/-, you may also replace the net alone (In Products check Replacement net) and the product would be as good as a brand new one, again ready to serve and protect you 100%. Confirm your service online along with the replacement net if required. The product has to be sent to the below address inperson or by courier, speed post or India Post parcel and it would be resent to you after 2 days.
Service at your door step (only for Chennai City residents) cost ₹200/-. For rest of Chennai there would be no additional service cost or return shipping cost.

We belive in serving our customers by not making them waste their money. The life of VIEWnet is 4 1/2 to 5 years or more if you handle the product with care. However the net would ware-out and can be replaced any time you need. The frame work would be sturdy and fine unless manhandled, forcing the need for a service. To remake the product, you need to send it to our below mentioned address either in person or thrugh any parcel / courier service enabling us to work on them and send them back to you. By confirming your on-line service you would have paid ₹200 + the shiping cost ₹200 or 300/- which would adjusted towards the bracket & Tape replacement and shipping cost. For a new replacement net you need to order replacement net in our web site so as to make your product a brand new one.
